  • How soon will I receive a response through email?

ASFQ's email response time is 24-48 business hours including weekends.

  • How can I receive a refund?

ASFQ does not issue refunds unless there was a mistake on our part during the fulfillment process for your order.

  • How are the gift cards used?

Gift cards can be used for anything on the website. It never expires but needs to be used in it's entirety.

  • Who can I contact regarding my order?

All order inquires should be emailed to info@ashopforqueens.com.

  • How long after I place my order until I receive it in the mail?
It takes 1-3 business days to process your order & then an additional 1-4 days after that for ASFQ to ship it out. With that being said, expect to receive your package about 7-10 days after you place your order with standard shipping.
  • How fast is your expedited shipping?

ASFQ does offer expedited shipping at a higher rate than standard shipping. Processing time for expedited packages is 1 business day, then shipped out that same business day if the order is placed before 4.pm. If not, expedited packages go out immediately the next morning. Then, received 1-3 days after that depending on where you are located in the United States.

  • How can I track my order?

All tracking numbers are sent via the email you input when you placed your order. Always make sure to check your spam folder.

  • How can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately ASFQ does not offer a cancellation policy. All orders are final. Please be sure you would like to purchase before you do so.
